“I have worked with all different types of contractors throughout my career and O’Malley ranks right up there at the top. The level of communication, their attention to detail and their team approach puts them ahead of their competition.”
Michael Curran / Jones Lang LaSalle
“It is a privilege to be able to write a letter of recommendation, highlighting the excellent services of the guys at O’Malley Construction. My company has contracted with O’Malley Construction over the past seven years to handle five different projects ranging from a 26,000 sq. ft. raw green space build-out to an 18,000 sq. ft. upgrade of an existing facility. Every project we have engaged in with the O’Malley team has been completed at or below their proposed budget and well within the construction time frames that had been promised. Through O’Malley we have had the experience of working with several different crews and subcontractors and all have been professional, courteous and produced high quality work.
Amata Office Centers will continue to rely on the expertise of the O’Malley team on future construction projects and would highly recommend anyone to give them the opportunity to work on future projects.”
Ron Bockstahler / CEO Amata, LLC
“I know that things are going to get done right. I don’t always get that from other GCs. I give O’Malley a project and I can sleep at night.”
David Reidy / Raymond James
“O’Malley is good people. They’re always willing to pick up the extra pieces. They’re loyal, understanding, and accommodating.”
Erik Woolsey / Ziken Signage
O’Malley Construction completed a comprehensive refresh of an existing 85,000sf call center in Rockford, IL. This work was completed during normal business hours in occupied space with special attention to safety, noise and dust mitigation, and cleanliness. The scope included new work spaces, conference rooms, huddle rooms, reception area, large cafe and open office layout.
This multi-faceted project was turned over to the client 10-weeks ahead of the proposed 42-week schedule without any disruption to the business’ operations. Our onsite superintendent worked closely with the facilities representative and kept an open line of communication throughout the job. Architectural firm Farnsworth Group was also a key member of the project team, and our working relationship with the architect was essential in turning over a successful project.
O’Malley Construction has successfully completed more than 250,000sf of various office build outs and capital improvement projects across the Midwest for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.
