Since the onset of COVID-19, O’Malley Construction has been working tirelessly with long-time client Amata Law Office Suites to install protective measures at their offices. These measures include:

  • Glass sneeze shields at Amata reception desks, cubicles and secretary workstations.
  • New motion sensor capabilities at bathroom, floor and corridor entrance doors throughout the office at Amata locations. All doors will also be programmed so that existing key cards will activate them to open for additional no-touch operation.

Amata Law Office Suites is the only shared office space provider in Chicago that caters specifically to legal practitioners and law firms. These changes have allowed them to stay open and provide a safer working environment during Illinois’ shelter-in-place.

In addition to these changes, O’Malley Construction has successfully completed more than 250,000sf of office renovations for Amata.
